Hi all.... I hope all is good in your world and I find you well.... Wow where did February go?? and into March we go...
For my birthday, the lovely Stu bought me a whole bunch of Lotv (Lili of the valley) stamps and due to Christmas, illness,blah blah lol ....I've only just had time to play and I had so much fun....Sadly some of them have been retired, including this little beauty called "Sailing Boat" ....

Queen of Hearts

Morning all.... Half term  whizzed by, but to be fair February seems to be doing that too..... But I seem to be finally getting my mojo back, so I'd thought I'd share the Valentine's card I made for my Stu this year.....
Since Tamara started "Slinky Tart" I have admired all of her stunning smexy digi's but had not had an opportunity to use one until now!!.... I used the gorgeous "Queen of Hearts" and thankfully Stu loved his card....

And in this closer look, you can hopefully see the glittery  and glossy bits...

Erika's Party....

Morning all, I hope you are all well this Monday morning.... It's challenge time over at TTPH  and the theme today is "Anything Goes"... Our sponsor this week is "Zuri Digital Stamps"

I was given "Erika" to use and after finding some bright paper freebies in my stash, the card came together reasonably quickly... (Well for me,I really am quite a slow crafter)... I made a mint green frame by using two dies in descending size, matching the colour in the back paper....I made a double bow, adding gems and a border of stickles.... I did use a glitter pen on her shoes, under skirt and hat, but I just couldn't get the camera to pick it up... She came out quite cute and girly... I am getting slightly worried bout the amount of pink I've used lately, not like me at all...lol

An Extra Squeeze!!!

Flowers Daisy Delite

Hi all.... and a special hi to anyone dropping by for the first time, thank you ...

This last week was a bit of a difficult one and by Wednesday it had hit a pretty bad low.... So what better, than to have a Christmas Masquerade Party (Yes I did say Christmas) to attend. With good friends, huge amounts of laughter and copious amounts of banter, I am feeling in a much better place to start the week...

So onto this weeks card for "Through The Purple Haze". The theme is "Flowers" and this card seemed to take me ages to make, but I think it was worth it.... The digi image I used, is called "Daisy Delite" and she is available from this weeks sponsor Lacy Sunshine ....

So I made a basic square easel card, using promarkers/copics to colour the image and matted tan and chocolate card, with the papers...

Urban Charlie

Wow...I'm so sorry I've been absence for quite a while.... Lots of reasons really, but mainly my mojo has been on a major holiday and like many people my body has been fighting a nasty virus , but my nemesis M.E. decided to join in too, so bed rest (yet again) it has been... Anyway, I hope you are well, and slowly recovering from the chaos of December and getting used to writing 2015, which I constantly forget, it'll take me to March to remember...lol..

So, enough of my drivel, let's get back on track and I'd like to share with you my first card post of the year....

I made this for my son Charlie's 20th Birthday..... I personally find young male cards quite tricky and as I have had my eye on this Urban Digi Set and the Urban Gang Set from "Make It Crafty" for a while, when they had there Christmas sale, it was a done deal....

I made the images the main focus, and this is the final result....

It was great fun to colour and being my own worst critic, I was actually quite pleased with it..
